I know that there are alot of us as women who has hips and thighs which we do not lose with all types of diet ... plz who have the solution send it to me ... really I need it I have been struggling with this since several years ....

What happens to you happens to most women. The thigh fats are the last to go when you are reducing. I've taken an explanation from another Yahoo Answer.

Here it is:

> "You see, fats are digested by our body into fatty acids and glycerol.The fatty acids are the problem;the more fat you eat,the more of it gets under your skin.If it's not used up after a long time,the body decides it needs more space to put even more fat.So,it converts that fat into solid fat,which takes up less space,but is harder to burn.Then after an even longer period of time,the body needs even MORE space,so it compacts or joins together the molecules of these solid fats to form cellulose,which as we all know is HELL to burn off.So,the body takes out the easiest of the three first,liquid fats,followed by solid fats,then cellulose,in order of which is easiest to convert into energy for the least energy cost."

We men have to help women accept the fact that extra calorie intake go to the thighs. We can do that by giving those thighs a hug from time to time.

exercise,,lay on your side legs on top of each other lift one leg up and hold ,,put back down then lift to the side hold a few sec..do about ten times each leg..then get on hands and knees lift leg up to chest then while still bending knee take out to the side bring it back and lift it upwards hold a few seconds...bring back down and repeat about ten times.....do other leg.. lay on back with knees bent and push with toes till your butt is off the ground hold 10 seconds do this 10 times do three times a week .......... every week do more reps...
