It's always a combination of diet and exercise, can't get away from that. Start with eating all lean meat, little to no sweets, but make sure that the overall meal, and not just desert, is tasty.

Eat ONLY when you feel hungry, better yet, when you start feeling a bit uncomfortable. Next, eat a bit slower than usual, savour every bite (hence pick a tasty dish). Eating slower will let you know when you're full, that way you can shrink your stomach which probably expanded during your birth binges ;) (no offense, it's kinda cute).

Next, all cardio exercises are a very good idea. You need to do cardio while keeping your "maximum heart rate" calculated with the following formula:

MHR = 70 % x (225 minus your age)

You need to keep this up for over 20 minutes to burn fat. In the first 20, you body burns the carbs you've just consumed. After that it goes though your energy storage, ie your fat. So you should do cardio for at least 30 minutes.

As you becme more fit, you'll notice your hart rate begin to drop. So basically, like all disciplines, you're in it for the long run, expect to do it on a regular basis, for as long as you want to maintain your weight.

From what I understand it's not possible to spot reduce fat by doing exercises in a specific area. You may improve muscle tone in these areas, but they'll still be covered in fat. The best advice is to exercise regularly, try to keep your calorie intake at 15% below you're requirement, and be patient (may take 2-3 months). If this doesn't work (it may not, then the only surefire way is liposuction (it's expensive, but it works, and the fat doesn't come back).

ANY exercise is good! Don't focus on the sit ups: you can have strong abdominals and still have body fat stored there.
Cut out ALL refined foods and most grains. Utilise weight training, as strong toned muscles just love fat for energy building.
Just keep moving and only eat enough (fresh fruit and vegetables) to feel satisfied. NO SODAS! This includes "DIET" drinks and low fat deserts/yoghurt.

BTW, the fat DOES come back 'sporticus'

Steven is wrong. Apples, oranges, bananas, etc., taste WONDERFULLY sweet to your lips and they're pretty great for your hips, too.

Anyway, the best way to try to lose stomach fat that I'VE found is to figure out which of the "Fat 3" is worst for you. Almost ALL women gain weight by eating either potatoes, rice, or pasta. To figure out which one does it for you, first you have to cut ALL three out of your diet for a month. Then, one at a time, add them back for one week. This method help you to isolate which of the three makes YOUR body store fat; drastically reduce the amount of that food that you eat, and the last of that stubborn baby weight should melt off.

Watch this video at http://www.customizedfatloss.link to learn how you can lose belly fat and get six pack abs in a short period of time. It will blow your mind. I was able to lose the belly fat and get ripped in only 6 weeks.

You will also have access to a fully customizable online weight loss software system which uses body type, age, sex, weight and current fitness level to determine the most appropriate amount of food to eat and when. It also includes a training program specific to your body type. Good luck!

Though there is no spot reduction of fat of any body part - it is wholistic programme - that is - you generally ton up whole of your body. Aerobic and weight training involving exercises for whole of the body (that sure will include crunches) will help. In addition you may also try Kapal Bhati Pranayam for 10 to 15 minutes. If you decide to do this pranayam then pls learn this pranayam first, practise initially as per your capacity - initially one minute or so - and then gradually increase it .

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!
