Hmm. I'm amazed how many people believe that Jesus was capable of altering reality in this way. If Jesus could distort all logic as we know it and walk on water, then why did he not do more of these miracles to save lives rather than just David Blaine style magic tricks? What good can come of performing miracles if all they do is cause people to worship you, rather than worship the loving messages you are here to teach?
I'm not saying Jesus didn't exist, or that he wasn't a great man who taught some very important messages. The fact of the matter is, is that people back then were uncivilised, ungracious, scared and naive. Amongst all the nastiness, a person emerges who is kind and loving. It's no wonder that he was held on a pedestal.
It seems that many people use Jesus's 'miracles' as more reason to do whatever they want (believe in Jesus- or go to hell- now give me $1000 dollars towards my white Mercedes), rather than using Jesus's message to lead better lives.
Spiritual icons can either be all powerful or all loving. Until the world is free of suffering, then it's ridiculous to say that any of them have/can be both.

I don't believe he can walk on water, but there are many possibilities and reasons for this to be told and recorded in scriptures.
Regarding the touch and heal cripples and such, it is scientifically believable. Not all those 'spiritual healings' were fake. Spiritually caused illness being cured spiritually is scientifically sound. Ok, one may ask is there really such thing as spiritual? Similarly, many concepts in astrophysics are also assumed scientifically.
The world is not and will never be fair. A totally fair state is a dead state.
In God's eye, there is no different between races.

It would seem to me that there are too many people out there who think man is the be all to end all,we are not. As are the rest of us you are nothing in the big picture why would Christ or God show you anything what have you done to show you are worthiness ? Please dint try to give god a label , just the asking of a question like this proves you cant even begin to wrap the concept of God around your head. man decided to call himself Jewish,Mexican,Asian,African, .And he said he would be back maybe you will still be here when that happens.

Jesus walking on water, changing water into wine, they're all figures of speech. Walking on water connotes dangerous or risky places/situations we find ourselves in; without 100% faith, like Peter, we'd all 'sink' under the weight of all our troubles!
I don't understand why God had to choose Jews to be His Chosen, but, I recognise, as an Asian, I am considered a Gentile, the group of people Paul turned to when his own (Jewish) people did not accept his testimony.Acts 28:28

Well there was this one saint who landed on a dock in some Aegean port and started preaching the Good News, but the people didn't listen to him, so the saintly person, not wanting to let a good sermon go to waste, and not wanting to make the people angry by insisting, began preaching toward the sea. Apparently, all the fish began swimming up to him eager to hear his words. People started noticing this phenomena and began really listening to what the old guy had to say. Fish are not as dumb as we think. God loves to make them do stuff.

would you still think it as unfair even for the fact that he saves humanity?that he saves you? God choses the jewish people back then because that time, they were outcasted, maltreated, they experienced different and seem-to-be unbearable hardships. God choses them to send a message to us that in sufferings or hardships, He is there. He is not only for those who are rich and influencial people.
