watch news channels...where you can follow the accent and understand the language...and speak out if u know or dont know...then only u can improve......
start reading english news papers also......and try to understand the words and the way of writing....then u will get to know some ideas about spoken english......
so start reading paper and watching tv channels.....

you can read english news paper every day. And also you may listen to radio/ television news. Thus you can improve your listening skills. this automatically leads to speak .

watch english movies or progremes and try to listen each and every word of wat they say . u need to listen more in case u learn anything . if u can listen well u can speak well
