Do you want to become a U.S. citizen?
If that's what you're asking, then you have to come to the United States legally and go through all the proper steps in becoming a citizen. You have a computer...... Google: "how to become a U.S. citizen"........ there.

You have to get the information from your local US consulate. And, no offence, but you should bring a translator. Good luck.

for you to get the US Nationality , you must first live in the USA , you did not tell which country you are living in ?
look for the US consulat in your country ......and read about the visas first ........
