Yes if you are Islam. No if you are not. To many restrictions with that religion for most western peoples.

It's not a "Religion", it's a cult.

Permit me to ask you how can you justify these few things?

Mohammad married 12 wives and even married a 9 year old girl - Aisha, when he was in his 50's and that's in violation of the Surah of the Cow of the Koran!? The Surah of the Cow, an old Mosaic Law, permits men to marry a maximum of four times, in his lifetime and he may not marry the second wife when the first is alive and free of any incurable disease. Then, how can you people follow this man who violated the Holy Laws, himself?

He forbade idolatory, based upon the old Mosaic Law, again, and yet commanded all of you to pray towards the Qiblah, to the Ka'aba, which was the Temple of Hubal, the Moon God and his daughters, al Lat, al Uzza and al Mannat. How can you follow this criminal who violated your Holy Laws?

In his Hadiths, Mohammad commanded all of you to kill the "infidel" wherever you saw them. "Muslims must fight until their opponents submit to Islam" (surah 9:29). "Resisting Islam is punished by death, crucifixion or the cutting off of the hands and feet "(surah 5:33).

He copmmanded you to kill a Muslim who wishes to convert, while he proclaimed that you must welcome he who converts to your madness. "A Muslim apostate must be killed" (surah 9:12).

He had no respect for women. "Men are superior to women"(surah 2:228). Women have half the rights of men: in court witness (surah 2:282) and in inheritance (surah 4:11).
A man may punish his wife by beating her (surah 4:34). A wife is a sex object for her husband (surah 2:223).

His "vision" of Heaven is "is the place where a Muslim will be reclining, eating meats and delicious fruits, drinking exquisite wines, and engaging in sex with virgins (surah 55:54- 56) &
(surah 52:17,19).

How can you even say that all this is even close to a "Religion"?

Our God Concept was the "Brain Child" of ancient ignorant people who thought that the Earth was flat. Religion is a business in disguise. A belief business that generates $3 billion a year in donations and gives people power. The best religion is the one who can prove the existence of or produce a man living in a cloud. In other words, they are all false.

Islam was the best religion in ancient history, Christianity is a progressive Islam. At least that is how I see both religions.

Its is the best religion since thats what YOU believe. So keep believing what makes YOU happy. If you really want to examine your religion i suggest not looking at it from a point of "this is what i blindly believe."(its not an easy thing to do but i did it)
