No it will not. Take it to the vet and have them give you some flea medication to stop the fleas.

It can die if you dont get the fleas off - it can die from anemia - lack of blood in their body.
Get a flea and tick shampoo and shampoo well according to the directions. then when dry apply some frontline or advantage from the vet - that stuff is awesome and safe. NEVER use the flea drops that you buy that the grocery store. They have pesticides in them and go into your dogs nervous system. It can kill them

Probably not but you might want to give your dog a bath. Then get some flea medicine for him. Fleas can cause tapworms in your pet. My dog had fleas and my dad forget for 3 weeks to put her flea medicine on her. She got tapworms and the doctors had to give her big pills to take to get rid of the tapworms.

If you have found a lot of fleas then they may also be all over your house too! Bomb the house and flea bath the dog and then repeat in ten days. If you are lucky that will take care of the situation. Good Luck.

Well, not immediately, if you don't do something about it, then yes, but you can just bathe it in some flea-killing soap and it should get better. You dont' really need to worry about it unless it is acting lathargic and such, because that could mean that it extracted a disease from one (or some) of the fleas, and that would be very bad. But like i said, just bathe it in some flea-killing formula, and it should be alright.

It's possible. Take your dog in to the vet to be checked out. If it's a bad case, he likely has worms as well. Your vet can recommend a good treatment plan, but you will need to get a quality treatment, like Frontline, for the dog and you will need to also treat your house. Vacuum a lot, and use preventative treatments from now on to avoid having this happen again.

Good luck to you and your pet, treating fleas can be quite a battle.

no, but seek treatment from ur vet, ASAP. Some over the counter remedies cause allergic reactions, so its best to consult a vet for proper medication. Fleas can cause internal parasites, which in turn can make u dog unhealthy, so this needs attended to immediately. Some dogs r allergic to flea bites and it will make him very uncomfortable. Good luck to u and ur pet.

You can take the fleas and droop it in a small container with bleach (that gonna kill them).
And monthly use frontline (I tried the others and I have the best results with frontline).
Another suggestion is call a pest control company, that gonna help if you live in a house
