Barring any health problems, if you're always hungry, you have too many simple carbs in your diet. Consumption of a lot of carbs (simple sugars) begets the craving for more carbs and more and more. These simple sugars metabolize fast so that's why you crave more food. Change your diet to high fibers, whole grains, nuts, fruits, vegs, fish and poultry and you will see a world of difference in 1-2 weeks. Oh, yeah, and don't forget to drink lots of water with high fiber! Eat a handful of walnuts 30 min. before a meal, you won't be as hungry.

Find something to keep you busy. People tend to eat out of boredom. Hit the gym, get out of the house. The less time you have to stop and eat, the less you will want to.

Also choose six small meals a day, and choose your food for its ability to fill you up. Whole grains, oatmeal, vegetable soup are good choices.

Try drinking a full glass of water or milk, every time you want to eat. It should fill your belly a little.

nothing beats work outs, jogging, excersice, etc to still the hunger. also an occasional apple to distract your appetite won,t harm you either. best of luck..
