Some people go to the gym to work out, nothing more... Some go "talent spotting"...
Perhaps you should exercise some tact and talk about the hot girls in the changing rooms or off the premises...
Some places have a policy whereby any "harassment" is dealt with by expulsion...

in some ways yes. and in some ways no.
she obviously wants to be more atractive if shes at the gym, so she should be glad that its working, however you shouldnt be eyeraping her just cause shes there.
