It sounds like the initial stage of Atkins. However, Atkins is NOT intended to be a two-week quick-loss diet, it is intended to be a permanent lifestyle. You need to read the book thoroughly before starting.

Sounds like the Atkins to me. Any diet that says "no fruit" isn't a healthy one, although the bannng of junk food is obviously a good thing!

A sensibly balanced diet is the best thing, using the classic food triangle showing what proportion to eat of each food group.

And just to be sensible, not too much fattening stuff, and plenty of fruit and veg!

No i dnt think that this type of diet can help u 2 loose ur weight.

There r some correcitons in this:

Eat moderate amounts of lean meat,
drink only skimmed milk,
eat lots of salad.....

Avoid High-calorie items, such as candy, pasteries, fatty meats, alcohol, and potato chips.

The items u hav listed 2 avoid r correct.

Thank u!....

It's what is commonly referred to as a fad diet. Don't waste your time with it and learn to eat properly.
