A) either a vampire that isnt Dracula or B) a very scary pyscho-killer....or hmmm maybe its C)..a drink of some kind? her "neck" being the bottle cap..her "blood" being the contents of the bottle..(i.e. the drink itself)..and left her empty means he threw the bottle away afterwards...and im guessin Jenny is kind of like similar to a name of a specific drink..but i dont know which one.
Was i at all close, or completely off? =D

Thought of milk bottles but don't think they have siblings. Jenny! Jenny? Could it be Gennie, short for generator? Are we talking vehicles here? Something Hydraulic? Is London Bridge significant? Have I completely lost it?
