Try to take things slowly to begin with. Go on a few dates a week, get to know each other on a high level than just friends. when u feel the time is right talk to her and tell her how you feel, not just that you like her. if you want to be in a relationship (girlfriend, boyfriend) start with saying that you think shes a great girl and that the past dates that you have been on was wonderful, tell her that you would really like to get in a relationship with her , and end the statement by asking her to be your girlfriend(if that's what you want)

Depends on how long yall have known each other..In today's world people seem to rush into everything only to get hurt..Take it slow and get to know each other before moving to any level..Only a relationship based like this will last...You will know in yall's heart when it is right but plz never rush..Leads to troubles when you do and be honest always...God bless

What are you - in 3rd grade? Geezzzzzz.... take her somewhere she would like to go. If you don't have any idea where that might be you should try getting to know her better before you tell her you like her again!..
