Take the Homeopathic Remedy SULFUR in 200 potency just once a day first thing in the morning for three days in a row stop for one day and if you are not any better take it for three more days. Do you get enough QUALITY sleep at night? If not, could be that's the problem. Or, what do you eat for breakfast? If nothing, that's the problem. You should eat a high fiber, complex carb breakfast with fruit in the am. This could be: oatmeal with raisins and very very little sugar if any, whole grain toast, tea, and a banana or similar fresh fruit. Avoid sweets, pastries, doughnuts, heavy meat. The breakfast above could vary depending on where you live, but the concept is the same. This will keep you alert by keeping your blood sugar on an even keel for the day. Another thought, do you work or go to school? Could be you need to be challenged more!

Do you eat breakfast? Tiredness can often be traced to spikes and dips in blood sugar. If you eat a decent breakfast (not Burger king or MacDonalds, but something nutritious like whole grain creal or something) your blood sugar will get to a good level. If you eat crap, it will spike and then crash, leaving you very tired. If you don't eat anything, it stays low and you are tired. Eating 5 small meals (and amount of food you can hold in your hand...NOT a Big Mac or Whopper either) at regular intervals during the day is the best way to stay alert and in shape.

You're a 20 year old adult, you've noticed this problem is linked to drinking "vitamin water", and yet it doesn't cross your mind to STOP drinking it? Stop. There is NOTHING you can do about the tornado; there is nothing you NEED to do about your boyfriend (what's the rush to say you love him? If it's embarrassing, it's because you're not ready); you are NOT pregnant and I'm sure you've learned how not to be pregnant again. Time to take some deep breathing and relaxation classes, and get your life back. Nothing is wrong except in your own imagination.

every human being has its own biological clock or what psychologists call as "Circadian Rhythm"..

it's actually the problem with your system..your sleeping hours and waking hours do not integrate with each other thereby making your system adjust to physical changes everyday..

simply try to sleep at least 8 hours a day, sleep in the same hour in the evening and wake up in the same hour in the morning..

your body will adjust itself to wake you up every hour of that day and never sleep in any hour of that day..

another very useful technique you can use:

After waking up (preferably 6AM), look in the sky..For a cloudy sky RESETS your Circadian Rhytms..

Enjoy your following days!!!
