when u compose email u can see an opotion for attachment. u click that and follow the instuctions . it will take some time for the video clip to upload. if u have any problems plz contact me

Thatz not a big matter.
You can do that in any Mail Servers. You will have a button or link named attach. Just click it and it will ask for the location of the file to be attached and now you can select your video file that has to be attached.
Its better to zip the file using some applications like winzip or winrar before attaching coz that would reduce the size of your video clip. On the receiving side the receiver should unzip that file.

all mail providers have a facility for attachments
u have to put in ur file path wait for it to attach
and ur done
send ur file
