my dad is having a swell behind his right eye. He is in pain too. According to the doctors they would only diagnose what it is after taking out the tissue and seding it to the lab for further observation. My dad is already 70 years and we are concerned about his condition too. Pls advise.

Give the doctors permission to do this biopsy. A proper diagnosis and therefore proper treatment can't be prescribed until a biopsy is performed. You must all be very worried about his condition, but try not to show it because that won't be helpful to him.
Hope you have good news soon.

It's very important to do what the doctors say. Any swelling anywhere must be investigated, especially if there is pain involved too.

No-one on here is going to give you a diagnosis - trust the doctors, not Yahoo Answers.
