I'm too lazy to exercise ...Please i need to lose weight without excercise i want to live up the heights

I too lazy to exercise and I hate veggies...Please help me im over weight i want to loose at least 30lbs and loose size of my thai areas,tummy(hate it),all over ,etc. Please HELP!!! ☺☺☻☻♫♫

You can just cut down your eating and the size of your portions but without exercise you won't look as good and the process will be slower.

(I''m not sure what you mean by "live up the heights")

I think you should kill your laziness. Thats all the problem you got.

Accept the fact that inactivity is obesity in the end.

You dont have to eat veges all the time, in fact you can eat any as long as in small amounts and make sure you got more exercise or actvity than rest.

Engage in aerobics session, walk miles, bike kilometers or sweat it out by cleaning the entire house.

No salt diet, No sugar diet, and no fat diet.

There's no such thing as getting slim without hardship.

try eating smaller meals more often. instead of eating your usual breakfast,lunch, and dinner , go for eating many smaller portioned meals. around 5 or 6. If don't want to strain in exercising, try walking more instead of driving if its in a reasonable distance away. (1-2 miles)

You need to burn more calories than you ingest. You want to lose 30 pounds with no exercise? Good luck.

what i am doing is mix honey in luke warm water and have it in empty stomach every morning.along with tht try 2 eat all wheat items and salads for lunch.u can reduce 3-4kg in a month.i have become 71kg from 75kg.

no pain no gain. you've gotta get up from your sofa and exercise. trust me, do it all step by step, and one day you can do it. just give yourself alot of time.
