It must have had a rubber band around it..If you are serious, I would think it had been done by a neighbor who had a female in heat, and your dog didn't leave her alone..Neighbors get pretty mad about that!

You should try to refrain from applying "ICy HoT" on your dogs testicles daily. Doesn't that stuff numb your tongue after you lick it off?!?!
