How do I go about finding my friend on a plan flight if I don't know what airline he took?

He arrives tomarro and I do not know what flight number he is on. I am just wondering if there is a way to find him without having to ask too many questions.

You can't. Flight manifests are confidential and you can't get an airline's passenger list without a court order. Simply call your friend and ask him. He is probably going to want a ride from the airport anyway.
