Like the thighs and the lower leg I want it to be bigger instead of looking like a thin chicken's leg

Start lifting weighting using your legs. If you cannot go to a gym then just do squats using your body as the weight. U can also do calf raises on any step in the house.

Try doing weights. You should lift heavy weights with a few repititiions. If you just want to tone you would do the opposite. Light weights wuth many repititions.

Increase the protein in your diet (eggs, turkey, peanuts, ect...) and start lifting weights. Also, running helps give that sexy definition. Calf raises and squats give you good results if you have no access to weights. Good luck.
