SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY ....

I haven't even been able to sleep @ all the past few days because of this, so please give me some advice ppl =P

I have been on antidepressants for the past few years because I have stress problems and it affects my eating habits..

Even though I am eating better it still isn't enough. I'm so depressed about how small I am that I'm to stressed to eat, get out of bed, or go anywhere. I have to go to my boyfriends Christmas party Saturday and i don't even want to go to that because of how ashamed i am.

Its not that I like being skinny, I wish so bad I had curves. It just stresses me out so bad that its hard to eat...=(

SO MY QUESTION IS :

Is there any foods, pills, drinks, anything that I can take in order to gain some weight. Early this year I was the perfect weight and now I am lower then ever...=(

What foods causes people to gain weight really fast? Or any strategies skinny people have done to gain weight?

I appreciate everyones answers, thanks...=D

feel proud of how u are and what u are always
eat well balanced food; to gain weight eat more fatty food; but maintain balance diet

ok first of all U need to fix your relationship with food, when you stress you will seek to find a way to get rid of problems , try to say to yourself that eating will fix your problems , also if you eat ( healthy ) U gonna feel much much much better ( try to understand this ) whenever U see any food imagine that this is gonna fix any problem you have ,
about the food i suggest carbohydrates+protein ( bread+rice+chocolates+cakes etc etc ) eggs are very use full try to eat some in the morning , and eat a lot before U go to bed , this will make U gain weight!

When my grandma was ill, she was told to switch from milk to cream in her tea, and on cereal. She also had cheese regularly. She found that by eating the highest fat versions of everything she gained a little weight. Be careful not to overdo on the saturated fat though.

Eat well... Then same time daily play any game....Then other one its not joke daily take a unboiled egg and a cup of milk daily to see the improvement with in 1 month......ok.....

training with weights is gonna do the magic. after work out take high carbs shake. u will be able to gain weight during one month
