Yeah as said above by a few people it was Oliver Mcall in his second fight with Lennox Lewis. He had some sort of a mental breakdown during the fight. I think he realised he just couldent win and he seemed to just give up and was just taking punchs so it was stopped. Also i think he had quite a few personal problems at the time which didn't help his preparation for the fight. He seems to be a naturally emotional guy as in both his first fight with lewis and in his fight with Frank Bruno he cried on his way into the ring. He said in an interview he cried before fights at times because he knew the outcome could change his life, so he was basically psyching himself up which isent a bad thing, but to cry during a fight isent so good for obvious reasons.
