Agnostics look for more concrete evidence of the existence of God and otherwise will not believe... But, there is a "form" of belief though not certain.....
Atheist has absolutlely no belief in the existence of God and no way to convince them under any circumstances..... They outright deny that there is anything that created the earth or in a being that is supreme in the universe over mankind.....
Agnostic: What is God? prove to me-?
Atheist: There is no god!!!!... Nothing is out there!!

Agnosticism asserts no knowledge of gods and therefore concludes there are no reasons to believe in them or not to believe in them. An agnostic follows this credo and differs from the atheist who has developed an active belief that there are no gods. When it comes to the question of existence of deities, an agnostic will respond: I just don't know.
Atheism is the disbelief in the existence of God and other deities. It is commonly defined as the positive denial of theism (ie. the assertion that deities do not exist), or the deliberate rejection of theism (i.e., the refusal to believe in the existence of deities). However, others—including most atheistic philosophers and groups—define atheism as the simple absence of belief in deities, thereby designating many agnostics, and people who have never heard of gods, such as the unchurched or newborn children, as atheists as well. In recent years, some atheists have adopted the terms strong and weak atheism to clarify whether they consider their stance one of positive belief no gods exist, or of negative unbelief.

An atheist is someone who simply lacks a belief in God. An agnostic doesn't know what to believe.
By the way, it's wrong to say that atheists deny the possibility of God. Even Richard Dawkins, one of the most strident of atheists, has conceded that God is a possibility. An atheist simply lacks a belief that God exists. Subtle, but big difference.

An agnostic is searching for answers and truths.
An atheist just doesn't adhere to religion, and usually has no intentions of ever doing so.

Atheists don't believe any god exists. Agnostics are not sure whether there is a god or not, they don't rule out either possibility.

An Atheist does not believe in God. An agnostic is someone who is simply too afraid to admit what he or she believes, one way or the other, so they say they just don't know. Its a cop out that many adults use. I have much more respect for Atheists, at least they make a decision.

A true agnostic says, "There can be no proof of god, he either is, or is not, it is not known to me and I do not deny the possible existence of god." A true atheist says "There is no god, I know this to be true."
