How to make eye brows grow back faster?

my friend has NO EYEBROWS.
she shaved them awhile back (4) years
she does it daily. But now she wants to grow them back
How long will it take her?

any way to make the process go faster?

Believe it not...but hair has a memory...If your hair is usually at a certain length and you cut it. I will grow until it reaches that memory of length and slow down...eyebrow hair is similar...but more difficult. and sensitive...sometimes you can stunt the growth of eyebrow hair and cause bald spots. so be very careful when shaping your eyebrows. good luck...If anything take a multi vit with vit A C D E also called hair skin and nail vit

properly there is continuously a trick and stars use continuously this trick ... positioned on eye shadows on your brows and bypass above the line of your eyebrows yet no longer too a lot so it would want to look perfect and organic ... watch kim kardashian's makeup on youtube you'll see she fills them regularly with eye shadows to cause them to look higher and thicker ;)
