Losing weight first starts with being happy with yourself and loving *YOU* on the inside. Try everyday to smile and laugh, LAUGHING is super helpful. It seems weird but it does! =) Try to follow a 1600 calorie diet.
It's best to have 5 meals a day that way you need get to hungry because that leads to over eating.

Here is a couple ideas to help you get started:

Breakfast:
Oatmeal and a piece of wheat toast w/ 2tsp. trans free margarine. -OR- Strawberry Banana Smoothie (In a blender process until smooth, 1 small banana, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup fat free milk, 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt, 2 tsp. honey, and 1 or 2 ice3 cubes. You can have your smoothie with 1 or 2 pieces of whole wheat toast. -OR- An egg on a piece of wheat toast with salsa (make 2 servings) ---If you are still huingry at breakfast have a small piece of fruit.
Lunch:
1 cup soup (water based not cream base) and a Cheese and Tomato Sandwich: 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 slices reduced fat cheese, mustard and sliced tomato. -OR_ instead of the tomato sandwich 2 pieces whole wheat with 2 slices of Turkey and Mustard. -OR- A Lean Cuisine Frozen Meal (These are actually very tasty. The meat is delicious.
Dinner: 1 piece Chicken Breast with 2 side dishes: 1 cup steamed veggies, 1 sweet potato, 3/4 cup corn, 3/4 cup butternut squash, etc.
Dessert:
Light Ice Cream or Frozen Yogurt:
3/4 cup with no more than 110 calories per 1/2 cup topped with tablespoon chocalate syrup.
Snacks:
Steamed Veggies, fruit, any nuts (these are great protein),
my personal favorite snack is Light and Fit 60 calorie yogurt cup with a 100 calorie Granola Bar. (I cruch up the Granola Bar and put it inside of my yogurt.)
Also there are alot of great ideas if you go to fast food for example....
Wendys: Ultimate Chicken Grill Sandwich- 390 calories

McDonalds:
Caesar Salad grilled Chicken-220 calories
Bacon Ranch Salad w/grilled chicken 260 calories
Salad Dressing: Vinaigrette: 40 calories
Salad Dressing: Italian : 60 calories
Fruit and yogurt Parfait: 160 calories
Chicken McNuggets: (4) 170 cal. (6) 250 cal. (10) 420 cal.
(if you have sauce stay away from Ranch)

KFC:
Original Recipe Chicken Sandwich: (no sauce) 320 calories
Honey BBQ Sandwich: 300 calories
Snacker: 320 calories
Honey BBQ Snacker: 220 calories
Small Mac and Cheese: 180 calories
Small Potato Salad: 180 calories
Small Potatoes and Gravy: 130 calories
Roasted BLT salad: 210 calories
TenderRoast Filet Meal: 360 calories
Lil Bucket Strawberry ShortCake: 200 calories

Burger King:
Chicken Whopper no mayo: 410 calories

Jack N The Box:
Southwest Chicken Pita:230 calories
Chicken Fajita Pita: 300 calories
Beef Taco: 160 calories
Chipotle Chicken Sandwich: 390 calories
Bacon Chicken Sandwich: 440 calories

Carls Jr:
Charbroiled Chicken Sandwich: 370 calories

Taco Bell:
Nacho Chicken Gordita: 270 calories
Nacho Steak Gordita: 270 calories
Taco: 170 calories

Subway :(THE BEST CHOICE)
You can have any of the under 6 grams of fat sandwiches! They're delicious just No MAyo. My favorite is Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. I like to get a foot long and have a 6' for lunch and a 6' for dinner.

Also make sure you do 30 minutes of excercise 5 days a week. I like to walk to the store and back instead of drive =)

This was just some ideas to help you on your way.

Also its great to drink one glass of water before eating. Water is very important!

To loose weight:

1. Go 4 jogging daily in d morning.
2. Do regular exercise.
3. Hav control on diet.
4. Avoid oily junk food.
5. Increase ur activities.
6. Never undrgo dieting.

JOGGING

Daily jogging is d best thing 2 loose ur weight.
Joggin shud b early in morning, in places where therz less pollution is preffered.

Jogging has following advantages:
1. It helps 2 loose weight quickly.
2. It helps 2 maintain proper shape (figure) of d body.
3. It helps 2 increase height.
4. It keeps ur skin free of acne.
5. It also adds 2 beauty 2 d skin, u will start looking beautiful.
6. It helps in proper body functioning.
7. Makes immune system stronger so that body doesn't contract diseases easily.
N many more..............

The only route 2 permanent weight loss is a combination of exercise and diet.

Very low calorie diets or fad diets tent 2 lead 2 d yo-yo phenomenon, in which people lose weight, then quickly regain all they've lost and more. The additional weight is often even harder 2 shed.

Eat moderate amounts of lean meat n other high-protein foods, pasta n other starchy foods, n fruits. Skim milk n low-fat dairy products supply calcium n other nutrients.

Avoid high fat, high salt, snack foods.



Do more physical work. Sweat as much as u can....

Swimming might help U lose weights and burn calories but , its not that helpful because when U swim ur body weight is actually floating on the water so its not gonna be that hard for your body to carry it !
aerobics is the best way for losing weight , ( me thinks ) sports with a lot of running also help U lose weight as fast as possible eg basketball, football etc
If U do exercises ( especially heavy ) U don't need to reduce the amount of food U eat daily , because first of all your body needs foods and second of all If you exercise without eating your skin is gonna be damaged after a while , just try to eat healthy , ( no carbohydrates such as chocolates and sweets no bread+ rice etc ) U may enjoy meals and meats and healthy food without much fat and oil ( i suggest fish )

Yes drink nothing but water and lots of it! If you can get a whole fresh lemon and drink it in luke warm water upon waking in the morning as well as before sleeping at night.

The water will assist in eliminating other water and salts collected in your body from sodas, processed food, etc. The lemon will help to cut fat and clean your pipes like draino!

Attempt to eat only fresh fruit and fresh vegetables steamed over brown rice (not white because it has been raped of the valuable fiber-another processed food).

Do this for three days or a week if you can; with stomach crunches, jogging and/or biking/skating or other fat burning exercize you will see results!

In my experience:
Eat less carbohydrate or no carbohydrate at all until your targeted level.
For me, I keep in my mind, there's also more good food than carbohydrate items.
Eat fish than red meat or chicken.
Enough Fruit, vegetable & water for avoiding constipation
Drink more green tea.
Join aerobic class, but don't use dumble
It'll more fun if you join dance club.
How quick, it's depend on your body's tissue.
If it's more fat than muscle, it'll burn fast.
OK, have a nice try & just enjoy your life.

Id say go to a steam spa, exercise for at least twice a day for an hour (dont push yourself too hard if youre not in great shape you dont want to injury yourself.)

eat jus healthy food and a lil bit of it, run and run or jog. drink plenty of fluids (not soda or beer) and u should lose 10 lbs in a week and a half. It worked for me.

stop eating. run like hell. this is gonna fix u real fast. for short period thou. i have never met anyone who would lose weight by swimming thou. me included. and i have tried everything
