Just ask him out, or use your feminine wiles, he'll notice you soon enough.

You just walk up to him and say "Hey dude, I'm crushing on you and just wanted you to know, and now the ball is in your court homey. Whatcho gonna do?"
He might be dumbfounded but he'll appreciate your honesty and it might just work out for ya!

well the best way would be to just be straight forward about it tell him, if he doesn't feel the same way toward you that sucks, but at least you'll better that you told him.

be extra nice on him.. smile to him a lot.. always get in touch with him.. be caring.. if he doesn't get the point.. maybe you should tell him directly.. hope that helped..
