If you only take 1 pill or maybe a half a pill. I have no info about what kind of base the pills would be made of.

It's totally an individual thing-it depends both on the grade of the ecstasy and the chemical make-up of the person taking it. Ya know, the one man's potion is another man's poison...that it is a one time thing is pretty irrelevant. It may pass through or it may fry holes in your brain-never can tell.

If you can prove photograph/video/witness wise that she has been doing E, it should not matter how long it stays in the body, but as someone already said, hair samples can carry trace for half a year after taking drugs.
