Hi Laa, Being a runner makes you fit.Even a good game of volleyball or tenins is very good to get you fit.Pick the 1 you like to do, and start doing it.

light weight lifting with swimming is the west way, if youy cant swim walk 2 miles per day, weights 4 days a week one hour per day. cut back on sugar, increase lean protein and water intake.
