Are you asking where would go to a doctor or dentist? If you don't have a doctor or dentist you can always look in the yellow pages. If you don't know what kind of doctor, I would suggest a dentist.Your discription sounds more of a dental problem. It would be good to find out if it's a simple cyst that can be easily removed, or a symptom of something going on i your body or a dental problem

If it's hard and doesn't move it could be a small tumor. Painless could mean cancer.
If it can move or it's a little "mushy" or soft then it's probably a cyst. Either way you should go to your dentist. He'll let you know if you should go to a doctor or not.

A doctor will tell you to see a dentist. It sounds like you have an abscess which is a tooth that is under your gum.

If it is on the gums, I would suggest a dentist first and then a doctor.
