Before a very stressful period of my life which caused me to gain weight, I had a killer set of abs thanks to Billy Blanks: Abs and Glutes exercises. I know this sounds like a sponsored promotion, but I assure you. using that DVD regularly (every other day, if possible) had me sporting a nice ladylike 6 pack!

Vegetarianism is cool, but optimum health is achieved with a vegan or raw food vegan/mostly vegan diet. The raw food diet is especially good as you can eat as much as you like, but make sure it is raw (i.e humungous salad for dinner, smoothie with a fruit pudding for breakfast, stuffed lettuce/peppers for lunch etc).

Sit-ups/crunches alone, suck.

A personal trainer once told me that one of the greatest things you can do for your abs is going for a sprint, keeping a mental focus on your abdominal area. Not sure how true that is!

we are vast advocates of the clothesline in our abode. That suggested we are on the sting of a tropical rainforest, so the dryer DOES get its justifiable percentage of use. nevertheless, I did the maths and be certain if each family individuals interior the U.S. (with a dryer) basically line-dried one load a week rather of creating use of the dryer, the potential mark downs should be equivalent to 21.34 million barrels of oil a 12 months. that would not even account for the greenhouse gases saved. no longer undesirable. no longer huge, both, yet small steps may have a huge cumulative outcome. Peace to you.

Sit ups. 3 sets, 30-50 reps each. Do this for a few weeks and you'll have your 6-pack in no time!
