I'm planning to go in for 21" TV, preferably Sony (Model no:KV-AZ212M83). But, i'm also tempted to look at the new range of LCD TVs e.g., Videocon 20X LCD. There is a diference of atleast Rs.10,000/- in the pricing. but is it worth that money? Because in SONY i'm getting good sound quality with surrond facility and as always the picture quality is excellent.
Your proper advice would be highly appreciated.

Sony is the best when it comes to quality, the picture quality and the sound is unbeatable, but it comes at a price, if money is not your criteria, and you can afford, go for the best.
But a catch is that you can get other brands which are also good for nearly half of what Sony is worth. So if for you price matters, then go for the next ones, leave Sony out.

I worked for an eletronic store for over 3 years, and from my experience I would definitely go with the LCD. Customer would always comment the LCDs for the Crystal clear picture.

You get what you pay for, Go with what your budget can afford. Don't get a TV that's bigger than you need either. It's a waste of money and if it's to big for your room it will look silly. Also be sure to price things out thoroughly before buying them, and don't get hung up on name brands. Sometimes they cost more simply because of the name. the way i see it, LCD is always better, but if your gonna spring for a LCD tv, its best to go big or dont go at all. if your getting it for HD, you want as big a screen as you can afford. sound is good as long as you have the right speakers and system
