"pues pienso que eres guapa" , if it's a girl. Use guapo if it's a boy. You can also replace guapa with bella and guapo with bello.
Castillian spanish differs somewhat from South/Central america spanish.
The words "creo" (i believe) and "pienso" (i think) is for your personal preference. However, "pienso" implies more certainty to what you're saying.
Variations of spanish words expressing a beautiful woman are guapa, bella, mona, linda, hermosa, bonita, preciosa...
