blackheads are the beginning of pimples i think. your body's way of saying help I'm getting behind in disposing of waste.

therefore you help your body get rid of waste with a good laxative....prune juice or drug store laxative of some kind. i also recommend a good steam or two or three.

if you're not allergic to asprin, use a few, diluted in water, as a toner. or as a mask. i use it with honey. works GREAT!
