I've been having a tightness in my jaw/teeth for a while, it was great yesterday. But I woke up today to the Sana Anna Winds and it started to really bother me later on today, especially after I went out. Sometimes I feel the pain in my head and back of head. And its just a annoying pressure, but it is turning into a pain. Well, are my parents right in saying it could be Sinuses?

Yes. The sinuses press on the teeth. It happens to me too. You don't need a doctor unless it doesn't go away. you could get a sinus infection and need antibiotics.

It sounds as though this could indeed be a problem with your sinuses. The roots of your upper teeth (especially the molars) are VERY close to the sinuses - like within a quarter of an inch. If your sinuses are blocked, it can feel as though your teeth and jaw are achey. If you are able to safely take pseudoephedrine, try taking a dose of it (usually 60 mg for most adults) and a dose of Tylenol or Advil. The two together usually help me a lot when I get a sinus headach.

It can do that. I would want to go to a doctor and get this seen to. There is a lot of pain you mentioned here. That is not normal. You need to get an opinion about this from someone like a doctor or nurse practitioner.
