i eat poison food and was operated around 2000, after three years my doctor detect that my left kidney has been affected since then is uncureable.

There is not a lot of information here about what has gone on. Perhaps a second opinion with a specialist may be worthwhile to get.
Keep up on what is happening and stay in touch with doctors in case your health changes.

Maybe you should see another doctor to be sure.And can they possibly remove that kidney.As,that might help.But,I'd go see a doctor.
