Depends on the steroid that is being used. Some steroids cause your body to produce more testosterone and other hormones which can lead to people having wet dreams. Some steroids such as blood boosting steroids should have little to no effect on wet dreams.

Just the opposite I think. You can't even get your gun to go off when you're awake.
