When my husband joined the Military he was a few pounds under weight so his recruiter told him to eat as many bananas as he could right before the physical. It worked.

Drink a lot of water, do exercises and try 6 meals per day with 3 hrs gap between each meal. This will surely help you trust me. And try and count how many calories u eat per day because calories serves as a gd medicine to gain weight. All the best dear.

U can try to drink tons of Olive oil. You will gain fat but on the other hand still stay healthy.....Just kidding. If you can, try to look for this DVD called "Super Size Me"..you will find the way. And you will know what is the effects....

why on earth would you want to get fat???? if you do too quickly you'll get stretch marks and they'll never go away. trust me on this you don't want to get fat.

alot of pasta, breads and alot of salty food.
Salt makes you retain water and bloats you.
