I am having eye burning issue from past 2 months. I consulted the few Doctors & the problem still exists. I am in Bangalore, India. I took all the eye drops that Doctors suggested. I even did some of the excersises that are related to eye improvement(this is also suggested by Doctor). Since I use computers , Doctors mentioned that this is due to the dryness of eyes. I even tried staying away from Aircooling facility & so on. The problem still exists. The problem is not contineous. Some time it exists & some times it does not. Kindly help to resolve this.

I even tried splashing water into eyes. I do not use Hair driers. One observation is > my right eye burns more (most of the time)compared to the left one , also, the burning is more at the corner of the eyes(again right eye corner is more). I am not able to fully focus on my work.

Take "Blink" eye drops (manufactured by AMO). These are new drops (sodium Hyaluronate---filled in eye ball naturally also,, AND has transient preservative so that your eye receives "preservative-free" drop). Put 2 drops each eye, 4 times a day. Its visco-elastic property will give you great relief.
If you do not find it at a chemist shop, you will get it at "contact-lens" shop.

As the doctor said the problem started with Drying Eyes because of excess of computer usage. Even if you took precautions for not getting your eyes dry, the problem may exists.
It is because your initial problem may cause a few cell on your eye die. This changed your power viewing. Thus you have to put more concentration on viewing things. This causes more burning effect to your eyes. That's why the problem still exists.
It is resolution is to use an apt specs for adjusting your power of vision by consulting with an eye specialist. It will be better if the Spec is UV filtering feature.

I suggest you put some lubricant eye drops in your eyes. They are harmless and provide lubrication, which is very comforting to the eye, specially in case of dryness.
TEARS Plus is a good brand from Allergan. If you wish to use some other brand, the solution has to contain cellulose based composition. Use it 3-4 times a day.
You can also put rose water. It hurts initially, but is again very good for the eyes.
Try it out, its a time tested remedy. I also had a problem like yours.

I heard on the news recently that people who's eyes burn may have an allergy to the mites that live in eyelashes. Mites that live in everyone's eyelashes always. But I live in Texas...we may not have the same bug.... I don't remember the treatment for it, but I heard them say tea tree oil can help.
If you want to see if there's an article, the TV station where I heard it is WFAA Channel 8 Dallas.

I used to have 7 day classes, yet now am all the way down to about 2-3 days. The well-being practitioner instructed me that our bodies replace as we age, so as that would want to truly have some result. wish that enables.
