Well it could go on for several million years all the present day species dieing out and being repopulated with new species. As far as human is consigned that would be the same as the world ending. Then it could end when Yellowstone explodes as a giant volcano. Another scenario would be a comet or a giant meatier striking the Earth and destroying it. We just don't know when it will end but does it really matter? Kisses Betty.

Nobody will know until it happens!
Will it be nuclear war? Global warming? Disease? Meteor? Who cares? You might die tomorrow in a car crash anyway - or because a vending machine tips onto you. Your death may be meaningful or pointless - what matters is whether you know someone who can give you a new life.

It won't end, it will just change into something that doesn't support human life. And even that is a question of degree. It won't end - humankind might though.
