a Honey brown, that way it wont be too dark for your pale skin and dark brows, yet it will be just nice enough to make your hazel eyes stand out. good luck.

Either a brown with some highlights or a lighter brunette would suit you well, because of the dark eyebrows and hazel eyes. Either way, your pale skin will be complimented, without having too much contrast.

I even have diminished pores and skin, darkish hair, and hazel eyes. i'm getting the main compliments once I positioned on purples and greys.
