That was taken from a joke previously taken....

The term referred as an insult to the deceased.... the woman was being sarcastic in terms of the fellow thinking so much of himself above others, but worthless in others eyes.... Thus the term.......

Whereas the term used for the other character of the man was something of a "stud" if you will......
