There's a guy I like who is about 24 years old. (so am I) and I went up one day and introduced myself and made small talk. A lot of times he looks at me out of the corner of of his eye, or now he's doing this blank stare thing as I walk by where he follows me with his eyes but doesnt say anything. Whats the deal? Sometimes he'll come up and make small talk, other time the blank stare. Does he like me or not?

Is he staring at your bosom? Are you wearing scantly clad clothes? I am sorry if I offend you in anyway but I think that he is looking at your goods...
Regarding the question "does he like me or not?"...Does he smile? If he does not smile at all, then he doesn't like you.
Does he appears nervous? If he appears nervous, he is probably shy...

Weird :) Unless you knew him or of him and knew what he was like you really couldnt tell why because its weird not to smile or at least pretend to look away and show some interest cheers
