A bit yeah....I'm 20 with an expired permit.....but, I've got plenty of excuses why I don't have a license. A lot of my friends/acquaintances around my age don't have their licenses, I wonder if there's something to it, actually....

Being embarrassed means that you probably care too much what others think of you! If You want your license then go get it. If you don't... what does it really matter?

No, not if you live in a city like New York or San Francisco, where there's well-developed transportation system and a taxi on every corner. If you live in Los Angeles or in the suburbs, then the answer is a resounding YES! It only costs a few buck and you could rent a car for a day and have someone teach you...

Depends. I was embarrassed and got mine at 19. didn't have a real reason not to have one. If you live in a city where public transportation is commonplace no it wouldn't be embarrassing.

I don't think its embarising,But it's definitly a drag!Im 20 and havent had mine for years.All those f**kin driver responsability fee's.I need 1.425$ to get mine back.Lifes a b**ch!
