Best deal for you is to use Star Office from Sun Microsystems (the people who make the Java language)
Version 8 is out now so you can buy Version 7 (used) for under $15 on Amazon (maybe cheaper on eBay).

Legally I don't believe you can. It's a commercial product from Microsoft.

There is free software that will allow you to view, edit and save Powerpoint presentations. Open Office.

www.openoffice.org

If you must pirate Microsoft software, then there are pirate sites out there on the web (use google or join a pirate bittorrent tracker), but beware that some software will be "broken", some incomplete and some will have been deliberately modified to damage your data on your PC or to make your PC open to either direct attack or adding it to a list of slave machines for sending spam (hidden behind whatever you're doing), as part of a "botnet".

Just type PowerPoint into your browser and it will bring up the Microsoft page where you can download the PowerPoint Viewer for free, so you can see PowerPoint slide shows etc. But if you want the complete version so you can create things your self then you will have to pay, It is part of Microsoft Office

Checkout Limewire or Bearshare. You can download most programs, music, videos etc etc. Bearshare is better and you don't have to pay if you go for the free basic programme which does the job.

p.s. lots of people do it but it doesn't make it legal.
