I am no doctor, so I do not know. If you are really concerned that it could be your heart, then go see a doctor. Age doesn't matter.
My opinion is that it sounds like anxiety. I say that because you said you were arguing and shouting loud.
God Bless.

The typical male pattern of chest pain that signifies heart problems is pain in the center of the chest that is 'crushing' or feels like an elephant sitting on the chest. The pain radiates up the neck and down the left arm.
For women it is not always typical in pattern. You don't indicate if you are a man or woman.

MOST likely, when you were shouting and probably gesticulating with your hands, you breathed more deeply than normally, or gestured hard, and you pulled a rib muscle. Does the pain go away when you hold your breath? If it does it is usually chest wall pain/rib pain.

If you get this angry often you might want to search out some anger management classes.

If it continues then you really need to go to the emergency room.
My brother had a stroke at 17.
It is so much better to be safe than sorry.
Your mom would be happier too,.
