I always wanted to play the lottery and win big. The problem I have is we don't have lottery in my home state. If I wanted to go to another state just to play lottery, would I have to already be living in that state to play the lottery. I'm just curious because I really want to play.

you dont have to live in the state to play....if you are in a state the has lottery go for it!!!!!

No. I live in NY and someone from New Jersey won our lottery.

No, you don't have to live there. It is just that the tickets are restricted to being sold in that state, but the residency of the ticket purchaser makes no difference.
