Well is it a shower or a party??? If someone is having a shower, then yes you need to bring gifts taht is the whole point for a SHOWER, get it!!! Now if its just a couples party then NO of course you don't need to bring gifts, maybe you need to find out what it is that your really throwing for the happy couple. GL

That is the point of a shower. Keep in mind that you'll also be buying them a gift for the wedding, so it need not be extremely expensive. This is a time for a more personal gift, something like a photo album of past times together or a joke gift. Save the nice house gift until the wedding.

Technically, since you are part of the bridal party, the answer is 'yes'. Anytime you have to question whether or not to bring a gift, the answer is always 'yes'.

However, there are no rules that exist regarding gift-giving that are set in stone.

So, feel free to not give a gift, however, if you choose not to give a gift, remember, everyone is going to find out that You're Cheap.

but no biggie.

sometimes I am too. heh.

Yes, it would be the right time to bring your gift for the lucky couple. I love the idea of a couple shower, it can be a lot of fun for both the future bride and groom. Have fun!

Just a thought Go to fairplaymusicalgifts.com go to the samples and download for free The song For the Parents of The Bride or contact them and order a CD as a gift for $15.00

Then after everyone has had a few drinks play it for the brides parents, they love sappy sentimental songs

Of course, why do you think they are having a "shower"? They are suppose to be "showered" with gifts. Many times the couple register with stores, so you will know what they need.

Well, if they are selling tickets you do not need to bring a gift but if they are not then you should bring a gift.
