If you're on vicodin, you shouldn't need Tylenol unless it's for fever. Call your local Walgreens, or CVS and ask their pharmacist. They're usually 24 hours.

Vicodin already has tylenol in it. You should not take more tylenol or advil because of liver problems associated with these two.

No, because vicodin already contains tylenol and too much is harmful to your liver. I wouldn't take advil either. Just stick with the vicodin..It is a great narcotic painkiller.

If you are taking vicodin, do not take any other medications with acetaminophen in it. vicodin already has that in it. So, no do not mix Tylenol with it, you could actually overdose from too much of it. You can take Aleve to help with the pain if it is not helping but I recommend you check with your doctor or pharmacist before doing this.

Vicodin already has Tylenol in it. I have used Advil with it safely. In fact, my orthopedic surgeon is the one that suggested that I supplement the vicodin with ibuprofen (Advil)

do not mix tylenol with vicodin. tylenol is already in the vicodin. advil would be best in that situation.

No. And be careful with over the counter drugs. Tylenol can hurt the kidneys or liver if taken in excess, and Motrin can thin your blood.

No tylenol; it is toxic
Vicodin should do it and you should not need to take anything else
