I was just messing around and came up with a variation of that roses are red poem thing, and am thinking about putting it in a christmas card that I am giving to my girlfriend, in addition to her gift. It goes
Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
Whenever you read this,
I'll be thinking of you!
Do you think that is any good?

its cute.. but you need to be a little more creative.. roses are red poems are so cliche/overused. write her something unexpected that is completely from you. it will be more meaningful.

thats totally cute, and its simple, simple is good.. you dont want to write out some LONG love letter when giving a gift..It's sweet and to the point.. :O) Good luck hun...
