my husband woke up this morning with tiny red dots under his skin on his right side (these stretch from his neck down to his feet). To me they look like small burst blood vessels (like dots from a hickey). they arent painful. Hes only 31 and not in decent shape. what could this mean? anyone heard of this before?

Sounds like some kind of rash. Have you changed detergents lately? If so, get some of your old detergent and wash the sheets with that, and see if that helps.
If it doesn't clear up within a couple days, get him to go to the doctor and see if they can find out what's causing it. It's probably some kind of allergy and they're in the best position to figure out what's causing it.

Does he sleep on his right side, do you have bedbugs or fleas. Sounds like he might have been bit by something small. wierd!!
