Ringworm isn't a worm -- it's a fungus (tinea corporis), related to athlete's foot. You may be able to find over-the-counter medication to fight it, or you may need to get a systemic anti-fungus medication (that is, one you swallow), which will require a doctor's prescription.

If it's mild -- and I suspect it isn't if it's all over your body -- you might be able to ask the pharmacist. There are commonly available over-the-counter medications for jock itch (tinea cruris) and athlete's foot (tinea pedis), which are very similar organisms, so he or she might be able to recommend something for you.
